We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, you'll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, individualized care, and long-term professional growth.

Documentation & EMR
We use Prompt, a physical therapy–focused EMR that streamlines documentation, scheduling, billing, reporting, and practice analytics. Its intuitive interface and integrated tools—including Sidekick, Prompt’s AI-powered documentation assistant that helps clinicians efficiently capture and complete notes— dramatically reduce administrative burden and allow providers to spend more time focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Position Details
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
Compensation
- $95,000 - $120,000 per year
- Pay based on experience and qualifications
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Matching 401(k)
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and work/sport injury related patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Qualified candidates have a degree from an accredited US physical therapist program
- Must be licensed in Washington, or a Compact state
- Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Master's and/or doctorate is preferred
