We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols.
Duties
- Perform welding tasks using techniques such as stick welding, soldering, and other methods as required.
- Work with sheet metal and ductwork to fabricate components for various projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and welding equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and ductwork is preferred.
- Ability to operate cranes and other heavy machinery safely.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical documents related to welding projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills as necessary.
