Job Title: Multi-Site Store Caretaker and Cleaner
Compensation: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time, Schedule Based on Store Needs
Position Summary
TSFX4 Management, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to provide property caretaking services for both exterior and interior cleaning services.
This is a multi-site position requiring regular travel to assigned customer locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in maintaining clean and professional spaces, and can work independently with limited supervision.
Caretaker Responsibilities
Inspect assigned store properties for cleanliness, safety concerns, and maintenance needs.
Remove litter, loose debris, and trash from storefronts, sidewalks, parking areas, and surrounding exterior spaces.
Maintain clean entrances, walkways, loading areas, and other assigned property areas.
Empty exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Report illegal dumping, property damage, safety hazards, pest activity, or maintenance concerns to management.
Take and submit before-and-after photographs when required.
Complete assigned property checks and service documentation.
Notify management promptly of urgent conditions requiring additional service.
Cleaning Responsibilities
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, shelving, displays, and other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, and high-touch areas.
Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
Clean glass doors, entrance areas, and interior windows within reach.
Maintain employee breakrooms and other assigned back-of-house areas.
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies when available.
Complete cleaning duties without interfering with store merchandise, displays, customers, or employees.
Secure the location and follow all opening, closing, alarm, and key-control procedures when applicable.
Report damaged merchandise, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or unusual conditions immediately.
Must accurately use the company-provided time and productivity tracking system for all assigned shifts and job sites.
Clock in and clock out promptly at each location as instructed, ensuring all work time is properly recorded.
Log task completion, site activity, and service notes in real time or immediately after task completion.
Ensure all entries are clear, accurate, and submitted daily without omission.
Use the mobile tracking application or system consistently to document productivity, including photos, checklists, and service confirmations when required.
Maintain honest and precise reporting of work performed, time spent, and job completion status.
Follow all company guidelines for correcting or updating time entries if errors occur.
General Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to assigned store locations.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must be able to follow written instructions, cleaning checklists, and customer-specific procedures.
Must have a working mobile phone and be able to submit photographs, service updates, and time tracking entries.
Must handle store keys, access codes, equipment, and customer information responsibly.
Previous janitorial, retail cleaning, property maintenance, or caretaking experience is preferred but not required.
Must maintain a professional appearance and respectful communication with store personnel and customers.
Must be available for some early-morning, evening, weekend, or after-hours assignments based on customer needs.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, sweep, mop, and perform repetitive cleaning movements.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely use standard cleaning products, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
Travel Requirement
This position requires regular travel to commercial and residential locations. These locations could be less than but no more than 5-50 minutes drive time between each location. Most locations take less than 2 hours to service.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
