Staff Accountant

Are you an experienced Staff Accountant looking for an opportunity to join a stable and growing organization? Our client, a well-established company in the homebuilding industry, is seeking a Staff Accountant to become a key member of its accounting team. Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash activity

Prepare and record daily deposits

Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries

Support the month-end close process, including account reconciliations

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable online payments

Complete daily check runs and ensure timely vendor payments

Assist with additional accounting projects and financial reporting as needed

3–5 years of accounting experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role

Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas (no VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables required)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
