Qualifications of a Rock Plant Operator:
- 2+ years of Crusher, Quarry/Aggregate, Asphalt, Recycling, Mining, Heavy Equipment/Industrial Plant experience required
- Experience Operating Heavy/Industrial Equipment required
- Leadership / Supervisor experience preferred
- Experience with
- Crushers, Screen Plants, Conveyors, Loaders/ Haul trucks, and Aggregate Equipment preferred
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems, Logic Controllers, or Automated Production Equipment is a plus

Responsibilities of a Rock Plant Operator:
- This role involves operating and monitoring crusher and aggregate plant equipment within a quarry, rock plant, asphalt, recycling, or heavy industrial facility
- Responsibilities include overseeing plant production, monitoring material flow, operating processing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with preventative maintenance and minor repairs
- Additional duties include equipment inspections, tracking production and maintenance activities, adjusting production settings, supporting plant safety and ground crews, and assisting with material handling and stockpile operations
- Work may involve quarry operations, asphalt plants, recycling facilities, sand and gravel processing, crushed stone, recycled materials, and other heavy industrial processes
