We are looking for a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our team and ensure our guests have an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms to a high standard.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust guest rooms and public areas.
- Empty trash, restock amenites, and ensure overall cleanliness.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Report maintenance needs and update room status.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work weekends and some holidays.
