Our team is seeking an Account Representative to support customer acquisition efforts on behalf of Kinetic Fiber. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in account management, customer relations, and business development while working in a collaborative environment.
You'll receive full training and ongoing mentorship as you develop professional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
What You'll Do as an Account Representative:
- Meet with prospective customers to discuss Kinetic Fiber products and services and help troubleshoot account issues.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the enrollment process.
- Assist customers with account and enrollment related questions.
- Maintain accurate customer account information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client and campaign goals.
- Attend daily team meetings and professional development sessions.
- Continue developing leadership and business management skills through ongoing training.
Qualifications of the Account Representative:
