Job Description:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, you will play an important role in providing exceptional care to our clients. Your duties will include supporting clients with daily living activities, monitoring their overall health and well-being, assisting with medication administration as needed, and ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing mobility support, including transferring, positioning, and assisting clients with walking and movement
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting any changes in clients’ health conditions or care needs
- Ensuring clients’ environments remain clean and safe while reporting concerns to the appropriate team members
- Working closely with healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded and comprehensive client care
- Encouraging independence and improving clients’ quality of life through compassionate, individualized care
Requirements:
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With Love, candidates should possess the following:
- Certification in Virginia as a CNA / HHA / PCA
- Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends, is preferred
Pay Rate:
As a Certified Caregiver ( CNA / HHA / PCA ) at Care With Love, you will get a rate of:
$16 - $20 per hour (depending on shift kind and duration)
