Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.

Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.

Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both fronts of the house & back of the house.

Must have a proven track record of managing the cost of goods & labor.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Effective verbal & written communication skills.

Monitor sales growth & cost control of the cafe against the budgeted expectation & historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.

Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.

Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.

Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.

Executes marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.

Builds cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community & initiating local store marketing campaigns
WORKING CONDITIONS

Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary.

Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafes core values in all interactions.

Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
