At NSCC, we are always seeking a pool of qualified instructors to teach part-time, in person and/or hybrid/online, college level courses in the following areas within the Business and Public Services Division: Business, Economics, Criminal Justice, Education, and Human Services. Interested candidates must submit an employment application, resume/curriculum vitae, and unofficial transcripts to be considered.
These positions are responsible for instructing and evaluating student progress in the classroom. Part-time instructors will also work closely with the full-time faculty and the dean in their leadership, development, assessment, and evaluation of curriculum.
Business- The qualified applicant must have a Master’s in Business Administration and/or a cohesive set of 18 semester credit hours of graduate coursework relevant to the discipline. A CPA is needed to teach upper level accounting courses.
Economics- The qualified applicant must have a Master’s in Economics and/or a cohesive set of 18 semester credit hours of graduate coursework relevant to the discipline.
Criminal Justice- The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
Education- The qualified applicant must have a Master’s degree in the Early Childhood Education.
Human Services- The qualified applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and hold a State of Ohio social work license.
