What You’ll Do
- Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Dial in shots and maintain espresso quality during service
- Take customer orders accurately and operate Square POS
- Handle food prep and serve pastries/light menu items following food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times
- Manage cash handling and basic transactions accurately
- Support the team during rushes and keep service moving quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred 6 months of customer service/barista experience
- Work 4-5 days a week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong customer service skills—friendly, direct, and professional
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco)
- Attention to detail in drink quality and presentation
