Sheree's Natural Cosmetics & Spa is a full-service natural beauty studio, salon, and day spa in Greensboro, caring for the Triad since 1985. We're known for a calm, welcoming atmosphere, clean and thoughtfully selected products, and attentive one-on-one care, backed by a 4.9-star average client rating built over four decades. We're seeking a talented, experienced Nail Technician to join our team. A book of clients is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide manicures and pedicures, including gel, French, classic, and specialty finishes, for hands and feet.
- Deliver high-quality, detail-focused service by understanding each client's needs and recommending the right treatments and home care.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary station in full compliance with NC Board standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay current on nail care techniques, products, and trends.
- Recommend retail products that support your clients' results between visits, and earn commission on what you sell.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina manicurist license (or cosmetology license).
- At least 1 year of experience providing manicures and pedicures in a salon or spa; gel experience preferred, nail art a plus.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Availability to work our Tuesday through Saturday schedule, possible Sunday/Monday
- A book of existing clients is a plus
- Positive, professional attitude and a passion for great client care.
