About the Role
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position at the heart of our daily operations. You'll be the first voice customers hear, the person our field crews rely on for routes and materials, and the one making sure every job has what it needs before the truck leaves the yard. If you thrive on juggling multiple priorities, staying ahead of the schedule, and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team that takes the work seriously (but not themselves), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Dispatch crews and plan daily routes for maximum efficiency
- Schedule new jobs and maintain the company calendar
- Review jobs going out and coming in each day to keep work flowing smoothly
- Plan ahead for large jobs — confirm materials are ordered, staged, and ready
- Schedule inspections and track homes moving through the inspection process
- Print job controls, plans, and paperwork needed for each day's work
- Prepare quotes for builders and follow up on material orders once quotes are approved
What We're Looking For
- Someone who fits our culture: hard-working, positive, and team-first
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent phone and email communication — professional, friendly, and clear
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with computers, email, calendars, and scheduling software
- Prior experience in dispatching, construction admin, or the trades (plumbing a plus) preferred
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through without being reminded
