Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Otsego, MN. This is a great opportunity with a reputable logistics company that offers room for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use RF scanner to accurately scan and receive incoming freight
- Break down boxes and prepare materials for stocking or processing
- Label incoming shipments and products for tracking
- Count and scan items with high attention to accuracy
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Previous material handling or warehouse experience, particularly in receiving or shipping
- Proficiency with RF scan guns is required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions
- Steel-toe boots required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs periodically
- Fast-paced warehouse environment with extended standing and walking
- Exposure to noise, warehouse traffic, and material handling equipment
