Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Services Representative, you will:
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone.
- Verify guest eligibility and ensure compliance with Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) presentation standards.
- Follow all procedures outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms and assist with guest inquiries.
- Assign guests to Sales Representatives based on arrival order and update records in Concierge software.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve guest issues, and escalate to supervisors when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience (hospitality or resort experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
