As a Restoration & Remodeling Technician, you will assist with a variety of residential and commercial projects including water damage restoration, demolition, rebuilds, remodeling, and general construction work. Every day is different, and we are looking for individuals who can work efficiently, maintain professionalism on job sites, and contribute positively to the team.

Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, cleanup, debris removal, and job site preparation
- Assist with water damage mitigation including drying equipment setup and monitoring
- Assist with remodeling and reconstruction projects
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload materials, equipment, and tools as needed
- Support the team in completing projects efficiently and with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Prior construction, restoration, remodeling, or labor experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
