1. Describe your experience developing applied evaluation in a non-profit and/or government organization. Please be specific in your role and how you used the results for program or policy improvement. Provide the name of the organization and date(s) in your information.
2. Describe your experience performing statistical analysis (i.e., descriptive and inferential statistics) for an applied research or evaluation in a non-profit and/or government organization. Responses should include your role, responsibilities, type of software used, any publications/outcomes, name of the organization and dates of experience.
3. Describe your experience with Excel. Responses should include your specific experience with formulas, pivot tables and macros or others. Please provide specific formulas and examples of how you have used these in an evaluation and/or research setting. Be as specific as possible.
4. Tell us about a situation when you withheld your own opinion and tried to obtain the opinion of others. What did you do? What was the outcome?
5. Describe a situation in which you were able to clearly frame an evaluation question, identify and collect the necessary data, and make recommendations.
