Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Assistant, Real Estate & Property Manager to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping clients with their Property Management needs, you will also be able to help them buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the real estate & rental market. Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Provide expert guidance on market conditions prices.
- Conduct property showings and open properties to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers contractors.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience; prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a broader client base.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance in all transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client interactions.
- A valid real estate license and membership to MLS is required.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Must have your own phone and computer and transportation

- Base pay is $16-$22 per hour, plus lease bonus, notice bonus and ability to make real estate sales. 3 month probationary period required.
