Job Summary:
Livecchi Custom Cycles is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Parts Specialist to support our motorcycle service, repair, and custom build operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, organizing, and managing motorcycle parts and accessories for American and metric motorcycles. This role works closely with technicians and customers to ensure the right components are available for repairs, performance upgrades, custom builds, and racing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket motorcycle parts, accessories, and performance components.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize parts storage areas.
- Assist technicians by locating and preparing parts for repairs, engine builds, and custom fabrication projects.
- Verify incoming shipments and inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
- Process customer special orders and communicate order status.
- Recommend compatible parts for repairs, customization, and performance upgrades.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records and reorder stock as needed.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Support shop operations by ensuring technicians have the necessary materials to complete projects efficiently.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or parts inventory preferred.
- Knowledge of American V-Twin motorcycles, Harley-Davidson®, and metric motorcycles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket motorcycle components.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Pay: $22.40 - $26.90 per hour
