Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to support business development by delivering compelling solution demonstrations, solution architecture, and functional consulting for Infor LN ERP. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, customers, and implementation teams to understand business requirements, design tailored ERP solutions, and articulate the business value of Infor LN across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain industries.
Location: Remote, travel to customer/prospect site when required
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather functional and business requirements.
- Design end-to-end ERP solutions using Infor LN aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Develop solution proposals, functional scope documents, and responses for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create winning solution strategies.
- Estimate implementation scope, effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Present solution architecture and business benefits to executive stakeholders.
- Support bid management, pricing discussions, and proposal preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest Infor LN product enhancements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting with at least 3 years in Infor LN.
- Strong functional knowledge of Infor LN modules such as:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
- Sales & Distribution
- Warehouse Management
- Finance (preferred)
- Project Management (preferred)
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or ERP implementation.
- Strong business process understanding in manufacturing industries.
- Ability to conduct customer workshops and executive presentations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing solution proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Infor OS, ION, or Factory Track.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, MES, APS, and Digital Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP deployments and migration strategies.
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Understanding of integration concepts and APIs.
- PMP or ERP-related certifications are an advantage.
