Who We Are
Allegheny Surface Technology is a leader in stainless steel surface finishing, including electropolishing, passivation, and pressure vessel inspection, repair, and testing. We provide high-quality service to both shop and field customers.
We are growing and looking for reliable team members who take pride in hands-on work.
What You’ll Do
• Follow processing instructions for stainless steel materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Use pressure washers, air/electric tools, and industrial equipment
• Move and secure materials using cranes, slings, and chains
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Work closely with supervisors and team members
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
Shift Options & Work-Life Balance
4/3 Rotating Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
4/3 Rotating Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
You’ll work one week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Next week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
✔ Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
✔ Predictable rotating schedule
✔ Built-in recovery time between shifts
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude (helpful but not required)
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work
• Strong attendance and reliability
