Staying In Motion, LLC provides early intervention services (birth - 3 years old). Full range of services include: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Special Instruction in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna and/or Wyoming Counties. These positions are face to face visits that occur in a home, daycare, and/ or community settings.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to frequency, duration, and appropriate treatment guidelines as indicated.
- Provide treatment to infants and toddlers to promote developmental growth in natural environments using a coaching model.
- Document on session notes, progress reports, as dictated by county and state guidelines.
- Modify treatment goals as indicated in a timely manner.
- Complete all training requirements as indicated by state and county guidelines.
- Document patients discharges and complete all exit data paperwork as indicated by the state and county guidelines.
- Complete billing logs ethically and accurately for services rendered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have an valid and active Speech Therapy license in PA.
- Professional Liability Insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric Experience.
- Home Based service delivery experience.
