Consistent Schedule with Shorter Fridays
Enjoy a highly predictable workweek with an early start to your weekend:
- Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days a week).
- Friday Hours 1 to 2 Times a Month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Leave early on Fridays!).
Core Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and oral health screenings.
- Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene strategies and preventive care techniques.
- Take high-quality digital dental X-rays as required.
- Actively identify treatment opportunities and internal referral possibilities to help expand our patient base.
- Collaborate closely with our dentists to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sterilization, safety, and infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to the clinic's growth.
- Have excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, compassionate bedside manner.
- Be a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative private practice setting.
