WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING ASSISTANT
I want to be completely transparent about what we’re looking for.
We are not looking for someone who knows everything about marketing. We are looking for someone who is hungry, creative, dependable, and wants an opportunity to make a name for themselves.
Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring is growing quickly, and we need someone who wants to jump in and help us continue building the brand.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on social media, content creation, videos, jobsite content, trade shows, events, marketing campaigns, customer outreach, brand development, and plenty of other projects as we continue to grow.
Some days you might be creating content at a jobsite. Another day you could be helping prepare for a trade show, putting together a campaign, creating a video, working on social media, or coming up with an idea we haven’t even thought of yet.
You do not need to know it all.
We can teach you. We can give you resources. We can give you opportunities. We can give you room to try new things and grow.
What we cannot give you is the desire to succeed.
I can’t want it more for you than you want it for yourself.
If you come in every day, put in the work, take ownership, learn from mistakes, bring ideas to the table, and genuinely care about helping this company grow, you will be taken care of.
There is a tremendous opportunity here for the right person.
We are building something special at Two Brothers, and as the company grows, we want the people who helped us build it to grow with us.
This could be an incredible opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants real world experience and responsibility instead of sitting on the sidelines.
We care much more about attitude, work ethic, creativity, and drive than having the perfect resume.
If you are looking for somewhere to punch a clock and do the minimum, this probably isn’t for you.
