At Kachina Animal Hospital, we believe great veterinary care starts at the front desk. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, multitasking pro who can juggle phones, appointments, and tail wags — all while keeping a smile on their face.
We’re an established, AAHA-accredited, full-service hospital treating mostly dogs and cats (with the occasional exotic or pocket pet!). Our services range from wellness care to surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, digital radiology, boarding, and more — so no two days are ever the same.
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers!)
- Greeting clients and their adorable pets
- Answering multi-line phones like a pro
- Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Checking patients in and out
- Processing payments
- Making follow-up calls
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Helping keep the hospital clean and organized
- Reconciling end-of-day reports

High school diploma required.
Veterinary experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!).
Cornerstone software experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00am – 6:30pm
- Saturdays: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 3–5 day work week
- No set schedule — flexibility is a must
