Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. This commission based position offers an exciting opportunity. As a key member, you will assist in creating compelling content, meeting with referring providers, showcases to legal law firms, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand growth and engagement. Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, clinics, and other referring providers.
- Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers and legal law firms to introduce and promote the company's services.
- Represent the company at networking events, community outreach programs, and other marketing opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Identify new business development opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective referral sources.
- Track marketing activities, referral growth, and campaign performance, providing regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
- Maintain accurate records of provider interactions, follow-ups, and referral relationships using company systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a professional representative of the organization.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or customer relations is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Comfortable with face-to-face networking, presentations, and cold outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
