XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking an IT Support & Network Administrator to provide hands-on technology support across our office locations.
This position will be responsible for supporting employees, troubleshooting computers and office technology, maintaining network equipment, assisting with technology installations, and helping keep our day-to-day IT operations running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and isn't afraid to encounter something they haven't seen before. You don't need to know every answer—you need the technical foundation, curiosity, and initiative to find the answer and follow issues through to resolution.

What We're Looking For
Technical knowledge is important, but how you approach problems matters just as much.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of issues, asks good questions, researches unfamiliar problems, tests potential solutions, and follows through until the problem is resolved.
Hands-on experience counts. Candidates who have built home labs, worked on networking projects, built computers, experimented with virtualization or cloud environments, or pursued other technical projects are encouraged to tell us about them.
You don't need to know everything. You do need to be willing and able to figure things out.
