If you like working with your hands, staying busy, and being the reason the kitchen runs smoothly, this is your spot. Chop, portion, prep, organize, and help keep the line ready for battle. We want people who take pride in doing the little things right—because in a real kitchen, the little things matter.
Dishwashers:
The backbone of the kitchen. Period. You’ll keep dishes, pans, and equipment moving fast so the cooks can keep pushing tickets. If you can hustle, stay organized, and survive a busy rush without losing your sense of humor, you’ll fit right in with this crew.
