Marketing Collateral Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Collateral Designer to join our growing Creative Team. This role will focus on designing technical documents highlighting product features and supporting data. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an analytical mindset to ensure accurate, engaging, and visually consistent materials across all formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout multi-page documents that showcase product features and items in a clear, compelling format.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure design supports brand standards and business objectives.
- Manage pagination, content flow, and visual hierarchy to improve readability and customer engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to update, refine, and maintain product collateral as offerings evolve.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
- Familiarity with both print and digital media design best practices.
- Understanding of pagination and document layout for multi-page publications.
- Strong eye for typography, composition, and branding consistency.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross-team projects.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or publishing.
- Experience creating product catalogs, brochures, or other multi-page collateral.
