Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer‑focused, and comfortable using ServiceTitan for daily service operations. This position is for technicians who can accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently and accurately
- Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on heating and cooling equipment
- Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
- Properly document all work, notes, photos, and invoices in ServiceTitan
- Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Work closely with dispatch and parts departments
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required
Qualifications
- Proven HVAC service technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Hands‑on experience using ServiceTitan
- Solid understanding of HVAC electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and controls
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills
- Residential and/or light commercial experience
- Maintenance agreement and repair sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
