Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing, owner-operated private practice. Unlike corporate DSOs, our practice is built on providing exceptional patient care, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting our doctors' professional success.
This is a full-time opportunity (Tuesday–Friday, 30 clinical hours per week) offering an excellent work-life balance while maintaining outstanding earning potential. Our associate will receive the majority of new patient flow, along with abundant treatment opportunities from our established patient base, allowing for immediate productivity.
Our established patient base and consistent new patient flow create exceptional opportunities for growth. Dentists who focus on comprehensive care, patient education, and high treatment acceptance consistently achieve outstanding production and income. We provide the patient flow and support—you have the opportunity to build a thriving practice within our practice.
This position is best suited for a clinician who is comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry with a high degree of clinical independence. As the owner-doctor practices on a limited schedule, the associate will serve as the primary provider for many patients and should be confident diagnosing and performing a broad range of procedures, including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, fixed and removable prosthodontics, endodontics, routine surgical extractions, and other general dental procedures within their scope of practice.
The ideal candidate enjoys providing comprehensive treatment rather than referring routine procedures, as this allows for greater continuity of care for patients while maximizing professional growth and earning potential. At the same time, mentorship and clinical collaboration are readily available whenever desired. You'll have the autonomy to practice independently with the support of an experienced owner-doctor who is committed to helping you succeed.
If you're looking for a private practice where your clinical skills are respected, your schedule is productive, your autonomy is valued, and your long-term success is a priority, we'd love to meet you.
