Large Format Printer and Finishing Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and servicing large-format printers, with a strong focus on Roland and EFI equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up, install, and configure Large format Printers
- Set up, install, and configure Finishing Equipments and Application Tables
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs
- Calibrate printers and ensure optimal print performance
- Provide on-site technical support and customer assistance
- Train customers or staff on proper printer operation when needed
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate job updates
Requirements
- Experience working with Large Format Printers.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to travel throughout the New York metropolitan area
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-format printing equipment
- Knowledge of RIP software and color management
- Electrical or mechanical repair experience
