Duties

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by following cleaning schedules and food handling protocols
- Support food safety management practices by following safety standards in production and handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and ensure timely service
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience or food service background preferred
- Hands-on culinary experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Skilled in recipe adherence, meal preparation, and operating kitchen equipment safely
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and team members
- Experience with menu planning, food presentation, and catering operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated knife skills, slicing techniques, and proficiency in cooking methods
