HR Compliance CoordinatorPosition Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to support Human Resources operations across multiple healthcare clinics. This role is responsible for maintaining employee compliance records, monitoring employment documentation, tracking required training and certifications, and ensuring personnel files remain complete and audit-ready.
The HR Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting onboarding, employee record management, regulatory compliance, and HR operational processes. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong follow-through, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee compliance records, including:
- Professional licenses and certifications
- Required training completion (harassment prevention, mandatory education, etc.)
- I-9 documentation and employment eligibility re-verification
- Monitor expiration dates and proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding upcoming deadlines.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready personnel files in accordance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support onboarding by ensuring all required employment documentation and compliance requirements are completed.
- Assist with internal and external HR compliance audits by preparing and organizing documentation.
- Ensure HR policies, employment documentation, and compliance processes are consistently followed.
- Generate compliance and HR reporting to identify outstanding requirements and potential gaps.
- Partner with HR leadership to resolve missing documentation and compliance issues.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Support additional HR administrative and compliance initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Human Resources, HR compliance, employee records administration, or related administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Experience handling confidential employee information
- Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred
- Working knowledge of employment documentation, including I-9s, training records, and personnel files
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
- Experience supporting HR functions in a multi-location healthcare organization
- Experience with HR compliance audits or employment regulatory requirements

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
