Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Office Manager, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth front desk operations. You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, overseeing guest relations, reservations, and administrative tasks to create memorable stays for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining a warm and professional guest interaction at all times
- Oversee hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear communication and information to guests and clients
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure rooms are prepared and hotel standards are met
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and incident reporting, to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Assist with night audit processes, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift
- Support guest services initiatives by fostering positive guest relations and addressing special requests or concerns efficiently
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS)
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management practices, including front desk procedures, guest relations, and hotel emergency protocols
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling night audit responsibilities is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence
