Job Summary

Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead sales initiatives by presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development goals
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions
- Oversee project management tasks related to client onboarding, service delivery, and account growth
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in Logistics and 3PL sales.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
- Solid understanding of strategic planning processes and market analysis techniques
- Experience using project management tools to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles and customer relationship management strategies
- Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport quickly, and work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
