Duncan Mining LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. We are looking for employees who are reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a physically demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general mining and labor duties as assigned.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be punctual and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed.
- Prior mining or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
