Your Mission as Lead Teacher:
- Curriculum Architect: Lead the way in crafting engaging, culturally diverse, play-based activities that spark curiosity.
- Mentor & Leader: Collaborate with and inspire our Associate Teachers, fostering a team-first classroom environment.
- Family Partner: Conduct heart-to-heart connections with parents, sharing the milestones and magic of their child’s development.
- Safety Guardian: Maintain a joyful, clean, and safe classroom in alignment with Title 22 and Title 5 regulations.
- Advocate: Work closely with the Director (our "Chief Wizard") to provide specialized support for every "special star" in your care.
Your Professional "Magic Wand" (Requirements):
- 24+ Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required.
- Associate Teacher Permit or higher (Child Development Permit) is a major plus.
- Proven track record leading a classroom in a licensed childcare setting.
