We are seeking a Sales Professional to join the Health and Benefits Sales team of one of our clients with locations throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of complex or high-value accounts.

Conduct regular sales presentations, calls, and meetings with prospective and existing clients.

Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted prospecting.

Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that effectively communicate the value of services and solutions.

Lead the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to negotiating pricing and closing deals.

Analyze market trends and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new services, expand client engagement, and explore cross-selling opportunities.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations to build brand presence and expand professional networks.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling to organizations with 1,000–5,000 employees in the employee benefits space.

Knowledge of the employee benefits or health and benefits consulting industry, including related products and services.

Strong professional network and ability to engage C-suite executives.
