We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fiber Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform fiber installations, service changes, disconnections, and troubleshooting for residential customers. Services include high-speed internet, TV, and phone systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Residential fiber installation (ONTs, splitters, drop lines)
- Signal testing and quality verification
- Customer communication and site documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous telecom, cable, or fiber experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and in various weather conditions
- Comfortable climbing ladders up to 25 feet
- Proficient with hand tools and telecom equipment
- Must own a white pickup truck, van, or SUV (rental available)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass background check and drug test
