Hybrid Customer Service Specialist- UT Only
Hybrid (in office 2 days weekly)
$20-22/ hr.
Start Date: 6/22/26
**Applicants must live within 60 miles of Midvale, UT, and be able to work at least 2 pre-scheduled days in the office per week**
As a Hybrid Customer Service Specialist, you will support our valued policyholders and business partners with questions, updates, and changes. You will also work hands-on with new business applications and renewals using a cutting-edge policy system to ensure risk eligibility and support underwriting activities, gaining real experience that matters in the workplace.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to business partners and policy holders
- Ensure all clients receive top-notch customer service
- Navigate new business applications and renewals on policy system
- Collaborate with team members to assist in complex customer requests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to apply business rules to make sound decisions on potential property risks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in a fast-paced / multi-task work environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
