JOB SUMMARY
The Senior IT Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, analyze, and document complex business and technology requirements in support of enterprise IT initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and document complex business processes and system requirements
- Develop process models and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Lead requirements definition, gap analysis, and solution validation
- Support system implementation and post-go-live stabilization
- Execute knowledge transfer to internal teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and system implementation
- Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and technical writing

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
