Join our fast-growing team in the aftermarket automotive industry as a B2B Sales Representative and help drive business growth through strategic partnerships with automotive online retailers, dealerships, performance retailers, , vehicle upfitters, distributors, and automotive parts stores. In this high-energy role, you will represent innovative aftermarket products, while building long-term relationships with industry professionals.
You will engage prospective clients through proactive outreach, in-person visits, product demonstrations, and customized sales presentations designed to meet the evolving needs of the automotive businesses. Your expertise in territory management, relationship building, and business development will help expand market share and strengthen our presence within the automotive aftermarket sector.

Duties
- · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation, and market research within assigned automotive territories.
- · Develop relationships with automotive online retailers, dealerships, performance shops, parts retailers, fleet accounts, and wholesale distributors.
- · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing aftermarket automotive products, equipment, accessories, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- · Manage and grow existing customer accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling additional products or services.
- · Execute strategic territory sales plans to consistently increase revenue and market penetration.
- · Utilize Oracle to manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, account activity, and reporting.
- · Negotiate pricing, programs, and contracts while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and reliability.
- · Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotions, product launches, and customer initiatives.
- · Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and aftermarket automotive market developments.
- Attend trade shows, automotive events, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- · Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, automotive aftermarket sales, or related automotive industry experience preferred.
- · Strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, tools, equipment, or performance products.
- · Demonstrated success in territory management, account management, and business development.
- · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with automotive professionals.
- · Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- · Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.
- · Skilled in cold calling, prospecting, direct sales, and follow-up strategies to close deals efficiently.
- · Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: $70,304.00 - $75,000.00 per year
