Position: Services Manager
Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours/week

Love Never Fails (LNF) seeks a Services Manager to join our team. LNF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission of being dedicated to the restoration, education and protection of those involved or at risk of becoming involved in domestic human trafficking. We are devoted
to express to each person that they are valued, precious and loved by their community. Our approach is to combat human trafficking through safe housing, workforce development and prevention education.
Position Objective
The Services Manager will be responsible for intaking, coordinating and facilitating the services provided to LNF Housing residents including children as well as Search and Recovery clients . The Service Manager will help provide programmatic continuity between house staff, program members, service providers and volunteers who are working together to restore, educate and protect survivors of human trafficking, homeless, and trauma living in our housing programs. They will also provide intakes and resources to the Search and Recovery team.

- Transportation - Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel in Bay Area on occasion.
- Clinical - Experience working with survivors of trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence or human trafficking is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Intake & Admissions Coordination
- Conduct initial conversations with potential participants to assess program fit.
- Complete intake screenings and documentation in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with program leadership staff regarding admission decisions and placement recommendations.
- Maintain intake tracking systems, grant reporting spreadsheets, and referral logs.
- Manage housing inquiry voicemail tracking and follow-up processes.
- Ensure seamless communication between Housing Intake, Case Management, and House Management during admissions and move-ins.
- Monitor waitlists and referral pipelines to ensure timely follow-up and placement.
- Ensure all required intake documentation is completed prior to admission.
Housing
- Establish and maintain a resource network of community services including housing, employment, education, healthcare, legal services, childcare, and volunteer opportunities.
- Collect and publish weekly housing schedules for each program member.
- Assist House Managers with administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.
- Review, update, and implement housing program policies, procedures, forms, and protocols to ensure compliance with organizational, licensing, grant, and funding requirements.
- Conduct regular file reviews and audits to ensure resident files are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Monitor housing program compliance with safety, health, habitability, and program standards.
- Coordinate corrective actions and follow-up activities when compliance concerns are identified.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical program records in accordance with agency and funder requirements.
- Assist with preparation for licensing visits, audits, monitoring visits, and grant reviews.
- Ensure required notices, postings, certifications, emergency procedures, and safety documentation are current and properly displayed.
- Serve as a liaison between Housing, Operations, Maintenance, and Program Leadership regarding facility and compliance matters.
Program Quality & Data Management
- Assist with quarterly and annual data collection, reporting, and grant preparation.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce records and housing data systems in partnership with Case Management and Client Services.
- Monitor housing performance metrics and outcome data.
- Assist Program Managers in analyzing data and communicating program impact to funders and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a catalog of participant success stories and program outcomes.
- Facilitate annual resident satisfaction and services surveys and present findings to leadership and staff.
- Identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
Resident Services Coordination
- Help build and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, donors, and service providers.
NSLB & Housing Model Oversight
- Maintain proficiency in all current housing program agreements, forms, handbooks, and participant documentation.
- Manage and support implementation of the NSLB House Model and recommend improvements when needed.
- Ensure consistent program implementation across all housing locations.
- Support quality assurance efforts and program evaluations.
Facility & Safety Oversight
- Partner with Sr. Housing Program Manager, House Managers, and Maintenance and Operations to address facility concerns, safety issues, and habitability matters.
- Monitor completion of required safety inspections, emergency preparedness activities, and maintenance follow-up.
- Assist Sr. Program Manager and Program Manager with implementation of risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
Grant reporting
- Upkeep reports for grants with accurate information
- Ensure that grant reports are completed on time for submission
Confidentiality and Security Protocols
● Services Coordinator must adhere to strict LNF confidentiality and safety guidelines.
● The location of the house will remain confidential at all times and only authorized visitors will be allowed on premise.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum Associate’s Degree in Behavioral Health, Sociology or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking and/or drug & alcohol addiction.
- 40 hours of human trafficking training required (must be able to verify), willing to train the right candidate.
