About the Role
The Fulfillment Center Learning Area Manager plays a critical role in delivering operational
excellence by leading a multi-site training team — including Learning Leads and Floor Trainers
— and overseeing all aspects of warehouse associate and exempt leader training, from
onboarding to ongoing development. This role is responsible for building training plans for new
hires and cross-training, developing learning materials, coordinating with leadership and the
People team, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance with company policies,
safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong people leadership and the ability to plan and delegate across a team, a
collaborative mindset, process focus, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to
ensure consistent training delivery and alignment with evolving business needs — including
knowing when and how to scale the training team for peak.
