EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
- Master’s degree required.
- Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and
other health care providers.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Required and maintains currency of:
- Clinical Privileges
- State of Michigan RN License
- State Specialty Certification
- CRNA Certification
- ALS Certification
- BLS Certification Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as
outlined in the Henry Ford Health Customer Service Policy and summarized below:

PHYSICAL DEMANS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequent walking, bending, lifting may be required to perform duties. Work is generally
in an operating room environment, but can be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse
anesthesia services are required in the hospital. Working conditions are variable with
exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards. Driving may be required,
dependent on specialty.
