Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of all residential services programs in Morris County, including group homes, CSS, and CHAMP (Care and Hope Morris Plains and Partnership).
- Ensures that programs achieve the goals and objectives of the Agency.
- Monitors the Division's program services, consumer records, service statistical system, and completes other paperwork as assigned.
- Implements agency policies and procedures as per Manual
- Prepares monthly and quarterly statistical reports in a timely manner
- Monitors the flow of consumers to recovery services and ensures timely access to all services as well
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work
- Professional License
- Five years of previous experience in mental health (preferably with the SPMI population) and two years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Driver License
