Team Members are the heart of the Dunkin’ experience. They create great guest moments by preparing high-quality food and beverages, delivering fast and friendly service, and keeping the restaurant clean and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with opportunities to grow into Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and beyond.
Pay Rate: $15-$17
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service

Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude.

Take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru.

Deliver fast, consistent service during busy periods.

Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Food & Beverage Preparation

Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, donuts, sandwiches, and bakery items according to Dunkin’ standards.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.

Maintain product quality and freshness throughout the shift.
Restaurant Operations

Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Operate equipment safely and correctly.

Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.

Support teammates and communicate clearly during rushes.
Teamwork & Culture

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, respectful environment.

Follow direction from Shift Leaders and Managers.

Uphold Dunkin’ brand standards and franchise policies.
Essential Job Functions

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
