Brody Allen Exteriors is seeking a dynamic and energetic Canvass Manager to lead our outdoor outreach efforts with enthusiasm and strategic insight. In this role, you will oversee a team of canvassers, coordinate field activities, and drive community engagement through door-to-door canvassing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute neighborhood outreach and canvassing campaigns designed to create qualified sales opportunities for follow-up by the sales team.
- Organize and coordinate daily, evening, and weekend canvassing schedules and routes for field marketing staff within designated territories.
- Oversee lead generation efforts across multiple teams and geographic areas to maximize customer acquisition opportunities.
- Source, onboard, coach, and mentor Field Canvassers while driving performance through measurable goals, key metrics, and accountability standards.
- Ensure all canvassing activities comply with local regulations by managing permit applications and territory-specific requirements.
- Partner with the Field Canvassing Manager and collaborate with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Installation Managers to strengthen market presence and support business growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate lead generation results to assess territory performance and return on investment.
- Consistently achieve and surpass lead generation targets established through departmental KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by management.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or comparable educational background required.
- At least two years of leadership experience in canvassing, field marketing, or a direct-to-consumer environment is preferred.
- Background in customer-facing roles, including sales and customer support, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with lead acquisition strategies, promotional marketing events, or door-to-door outreach campaigns.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop field marketing, canvassing, or event personnel.
- Understanding of modern canvassing techniques and direct marketing strategies, with awareness of emerging industry trends.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.
- Comfortable working outdoors under a variety of weather and environmental conditions.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and other nontraditional hours as needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Able to excel in a dynamic, team-focused environment while maintaining a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Demonstrates personal accountability, initiative, and a strong commitment to achieving performance objectives.

- Authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Previous door-to-door canvassing experience.
- Home improvement knowledge and/or experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Local travel required with occasional travel to our Springfield, Missouri branch.
Physical Requirements:
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Consistently put in thousands of steps daily approaching homeowners.
- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
