Experienced HVAC Installation Technician

EDS Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join our installation team. This role is for a professional installer who can deliver clean, code-compliant installs and represent the company well in customers’ homes and businesses.

Proven experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps).

Ability to complete full system change-outs and new installations to code and manufacturer specifications.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills; you represent EDS on every job.

Comfortable using mobile technology and field software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a lead installer.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EPA certification required (or ability to verify).

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus, but not required).

Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and apps for scheduling, reporting, and customer updates.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while following company procedures.

Professional appearance and attitude; represents EDS well in customer-facing situations.

Willingness to learn HVAC maintenance tasks through provided company training.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in Florida weather.
